Return Policy

• Timeframe
  • Cash back returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving the item(s).
  • Store credit returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
    
• Return Types
  • Standard returns will be issued as store credit.
  • Defective or damaged items will be refunded in cash.
• Eligibility
  • Items must be unused and in original conidition to quailify for a return.
• Packaging for hats
  • Hats must be returned in the original box or a similar box to be eligible
• Restocking Fee
  • A $6.50 restocking fee applies to all returns, expect for defective or damaged items
• Processing Time
  • Returns and exchanges typically take 2 weeks to process once the item(s) is received.
